Compliance Commissioner (ISO 37301)
Participants will study the requirements of ISO 37301:2021, including compliance risk assessment, verification of the conformity of policies and procedures, evaluation of the effectiveness of the CMS, analysis of audit evidence, preparation of audit conclusions and reports, as well as planning and monitoring of corrective actions based on audit results.
The course also covers the guidelines of ISO/TS 37008:2023 for organizing and conducting internal investigations, managing evidence, documenting results, and determining follow-up actions, as well as the requirements of ISO 37002 for the functioning of a whistleblowing management system, including receiving and handling reports, protecting whistleblowers, and responding to identified violations.

Objective
The objective of the course is to develop the professional competencies required for the practical application of the requirements of ISO 37301, ISO/TS 37008, and ISO 37002, ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the CMS, conducting internal investigations, and ensuring the effective functioning of a whistleblowing management system.
Target audience
The course is intended for compliance commissioners, compliance managers, heads of organizational units, and professionals in legal departments, internal control, and risk management responsible for ensuring the conformity of an organization’s activities with established requirements, handling reports of violations, and conducting internal investigations in accordance with the requirements of ISO 37301, ISO/TS 37008, and ISO 37002.
Document on completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate conferring the qualification “Compliance Commissioner”, listed in the international SIC register.
