Manager of Quality Management Systems (AQAP 2110)
The course “Manager of Quality Management Systems (AQAP 2110)” is designed to prepare professionals responsible for the practical application of the requirements of the NATO AQAP 2110 standard and for ensuring the effective operation of an implemented quality management system (QMS) at military-industrial complex enterprises.
Participants will study ISO 9001 as the foundation of a QMS and AQAP 2110 as the NATO standard establishing QMS requirements for defence industry organizations. Particular attention is given to the practical application of QMS requirements.
The course includes presentations, practical examples, case studies, self-assessment questions, and a list of documents required by a QMS manager to ensure the effective functioning of the management system. It will help participants assess the completeness of their organization’s documentation and identify documents that need to be developed, updated, or revised.

Course objective
The objective is to develop the professional competencies required for the practical application of the requirements of AQAP 2110, ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and continual improvement of a QMS at military-industrial complex enterprises in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, AQAP 2110.
Target audience
The course is intended for managers of QMS, quality professionals, heads of structural units, and other personnel of military-industrial complex enterprises responsible for maintaining, operating, and continually improving QMS in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, AQAP 2110.
Document on completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate conferring the qualification “Manager of Quality Management Systems”, listed in the SIC international register.
