Fraud Control Commissioner (ISO 37003)
Participants will study the requirements of ISO 37003, including fraud risk assessment, verification of the conformity of policies and procedures, evaluation of the effectiveness of the fraud control management system (FCMS), analysis of audit evidence, preparation of audit conclusions and reports, as well as planning and monitoring corrective actions based on audit findings.
The course also covers the guidelines of ISO/TS 37008:2023 for organizing and conducting internal investigations, managing evidence, documenting results, and determining follow-up actions, as well as the requirements of ISO 37002 for the operation of a whistleblowing management system, including receiving and handling reports, protecting whistleblowers, and responding to identified violations.

Course objective
The objective is to develop the professional competencies necessary for the practical application of ISO 37003, ISO/TS 37008, and ISO 37002 requirements, ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an FCMS, organizing internal investigations, and ensuring the operation of a whistleblowing management system.
Target audience
The course is intended for fraud control commissioners, FCMS managers, heads of organizational units, and legal, internal control, and risk management professionals responsible for fraud prevention, handling reports of violations, and conducting internal investigations in accordance with ISO 37003, ISO/TS 37008, and ISO 37002 requirements.
Document on completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate conferring the qualification “Fraud Control Commissioner”, listed in the international SIC register.
