Manager of Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
Participants will gain knowledge of the key components of a QMS, the application of the process approach and risk-based thinking, documented information management, monitoring and evaluation of process performance, nonconformity management, implementation of corrective actions, and continual improvement. Particular attention is given to the practical application of ISO 9001 requirements.
The course includes presentations, practical examples, case studies, self-assessment questions, and a list of documents required by a QMS manager to ensure the effective functioning of the management system. It will help participants assess the completeness of their organization’s documentation and identify documents that need to be developed, updated, or revised.
