The course “Manager of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001)” is designed to prepare professionals responsible for applying the requirements of ISO 45001 and for ensuring the effective operation of an implemented occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS).
Participants will gain knowledge of the key components of an OHSMS, including hazard identification processes, occupational risk and opportunity assessment, hazard and risk management through the implementation of control measures, worker consultation and participation, as well as the practical application of ISO 45001 requirements to maintain and continually improve the OHSMS.

Objectives
The objective of the course is to develop the professional competencies required to ensure the effective operation of the OHSMS in accordance with ISO 45001, maintain compliance with applicable legal and other requirements, effectively manage occupational risks, improve workplace safety, and support the continual improvement of the organization’s performance.
Target audience
The course is intended for managers of OHSMS, occupational health and safety professionals, internal auditors, department managers, and personnel responsible for maintaining, operating, and continually improving the OHMS.
Document on completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate conferring the qualification “Manager of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems”, listed in the international SIC register.
