The objective of the course ” Internal auditor of the Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000, ISO 19011)” is to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct internal audits of food safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22000 and ISO 19011 standards. The course covers the fundamental principles, methods, and tools of auditing, as well as specific requirements for food safety, which are critically important for ensuring the quality and safety of food products at all stages of production and supply.
