The course “Coordinator of Distance Learning Services (ISO 29994)” is designed to prepare professionals responsible for the organization, coordination, monitoring, and compliance of distance learning services with established requirements.
Participants will gain knowledge of the requirements for distance learning services, transparent communication of information to participants, access to learning platforms, organization of learning materials, interaction and support for participants, assessment and confirmation of learning outcomes. Particular attention is given to the practical aspects of monitoring distance learning services, internal communication, analysis of performance indicators, record keeping, reporting, and decision-making based on monitoring results.
