The course “Coordinator of Learning Services (ISO 29993)” is designed to prepare qualified professionals responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the compliance of learning services with established requirements.
Participants will gain knowledge of the requirements for learning services outside formal education in accordance with ISO 29993, the principles of designing and delivering learning services, assessment of learning outcomes, management of evidence of conformity, and continual improvement. Particular attention is given to the practical aspects of monitoring learning services, risk analysis, internal communication, reporting, and corrective decision-making.

Objectives
The objective is to develop the professional competencies required to coordinate and control learning services in accordance with the requirements of ISO 29993, as well as to ensure their organized and effective delivery.
