Implementer of Quality Management Systems (AQAP 2310)
The course “Implementer of Quality Management Systems (AQAP 2310)” is designed to train professionals capable of implementing the requirements of ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110, as well as the specialized AQAP 2310 requirements for the quality management systems of suppliers of aerospace, aviation, and defence products, particularly during the performance of defence contracts.
Participants will gain knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements as the basis of the quality management system (QMS), AQAP 2110 as a specialized standard for defence industry organizations, as well as AQAP 2310 and EN 9100 as advanced QMS requirements for aerospace, aviation, and defence suppliers. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical implementation of AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2310 at an enterprise, including assessment of the current state of the QMS, identification of the required processes, development of documented information, risk management, preparation of the quality plan, responsibility matrix, objective evidence, and readiness for audits and assessments.

Course objective
The objective of the course is to prepare professionals capable of independently organizing and coordinating the implementation of a QMS in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2310 at enterprises in the aerospace, aviation, and defence industries.
Target audience
The course is intended for professionals of military-industrial complex enterprises who are involved in the implementation, maintenance, or continual improvement of a QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2310.
Document on completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate conferring the qualification “Implementer of Quality Management Systems”, listed in the SIC international register.
