Implementer of Quality Management Systems (AQAP 2110 + AQAP 2131)
The course “Implementer of Quality Management Systems (AQAP 2110 + AQAP 2131)” is designed to prepare professionals responsible for implementing a quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the NATO AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2131 standards at military-industrial complex enterprises.
Participants will study ISO 9001 as the foundation of a QMS, AQAP 2110 as the NATO standard establishing QMS requirements for military-industrial complex enterprises, and AQAP 2131, which supplements these requirements with provisions for the final inspection and testing of finished products prior to delivery to the customer. A dedicated practical module focuses on the step-by-step implementation of AQAP 2110 at an enterprise, covering the assessment of the current state of the QMS, implementation planning, development of the required documented information, establishment of objective evidence of conformity, performance of a diagnostic audit, and preparation of the QMS for external assessment and certification.

Objectives
The objective of the course is to prepare professionals capable of independently organizing and coordinating the implementation of a QMS in accordance with the requirements of AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2131 at military-industrial complex enterprises.
Target Audience
The course is intended for professionals working in the defence industry who are involved in the implementation, maintenance, or development of QMS in accordance with the requirements of AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2131.
Document on completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate conferring the qualification “Implementer of Quality Management Systems”, listed in the SIC international register.
