The course “Manager of Quality Management Systems (AS/EN 9100)” is designed to prepare professionals responsible for applying the requirements of the AS/EN 9100 industry standard, which establishes quality management system requirements for organizations operating in the aviation, space, and defence industries.
The programme is structured progressively, starting with the fundamental requirements of ISO 9001 and advancing to the specialized requirements of AS/EN 9100. Particular emphasis is placed on traceability, process control, risk management, product configuration management, change control, FAI, FOD, and objective evidence of conformity.

Course objective
The objective of the course is to develop the professional competencies required for applying the requirements of the AS/EN 9100 standard, ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of a quality management system (QMS) within organizations operating in the aviation, space, and defence industries in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100.
Target audience
The course is intended for professionals working in the aviation, space, and defence sectors who wish to acquire practical competencies in establishing, maintaining, and continually improving a QMS in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100.
Document on completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate conferring the qualification “Manager of Quality Management Systems”, listed in the international SIC register.
