The course “Implementer of Quality Management Systems (AQAP 2110)” is designed to prepare professionals capable of practically implementing the requirements of ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110 in military-industrial complex enterprises.
The course is structured to provide a progressive transition from the fundamental requirements of the quality management system (QMS) to the specialized NATO quality assurance requirements applicable to the execution of defence contracts. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical implementation of AQAP 2110 at an enterprise, including assessment of the current state of the QMS, identification of the required processes, development of documented information, risk management, preparation of the quality plan, responsibility matrix, objective evidence, and readiness for audits and assessments.

Course objective
The objective of the course is to prepare professionals capable of independently organizing and coordinating the implementation of a QMS in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110 in military-industrial complex enterprises.
Target audience
The course is intended for professionals of military-industrial complex enterprises who are involved in the implementation, maintenance, or continual improvement of a QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110.
Document on completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate conferring the qualification “Implementer of Quality Management Systems”, listed in the SIC international register.
